GOSHEN — Wawasee/Fairfield will hold a building trades open house from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, May 27, at the project site, 67408 Kensington Drive, Goshen.

The 2015-16 project was a combined effort of both Fairfield High School and Wawasee High School building trades classes. The home was built for Troy and Linda Hostetler.

It is located in the Fairfield Farms subdivision. Total square footage is 1,800 feet on the main level with three bedrooms including master suite with walk-in shower, hardwood flooring, custom kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops. Exterior finishes include stone and stucco with a covered composite deck. The basement is plumbed, wired, dry walled and ready for the owners furnishings.

Students involved in the project, with minimal sub contracting, are BreeAnn Cox, Zachary Emmons, Kaleb Homister, Nicholas Lawson, Joshua Springer, Dylan Taylor, Wyatt Vicary, Jordan Keaffaber, Hector Luevano, Aaron Miller, Branden Reyes, Jared Swank and Pedro Guerrero. Also Cristian Huerta, Luis Zamarripa, Caleb Bolt, Allen Bontrager, Nicolas Carr, Jordan Graham, Samuel Griner, Christian Hensley, Logan Long, Hunter Magiera, Carlos Maolagon, Jordan Roe, Michael Sautter, Brayden Spore, Joshua Webber, Austin Borkholder, Jeffrey Moore and Daniel Pedroza.

Instructors are Ed Waltz, Wawasee, and Jeff McClure, Fairfield.
